Twenty-third of June Two Thousand Nine~ (23/06/09)

Heyya peeps!!!!!!!!

Have been gone for quite a long time now~ I have been busy with my dissertation; doing outline and annotated bibliography. I was also busy with my 3000-word Comparative Education assignment which I finally managed to get rid of last Friday!
Yeah!!~~~ That was my GREATEST relief at the moment…(I repeat… AT THE MOMENT~). There are lots of other worrying things that will be coming in my way which I obviously do not want to think of as of now! Haish~

In this post I just want to randomly write about my day today, well yesterday actually, because it’s already past midnight~ lol~. Nothing fascinating but I just feel like writing about it as I am feeling extremely bored and I don’t know what should I do right now..(although I still have to finish my dissertation portfolio which I have to submit this Friday). LOL!!~

**********

I woke up at 4am after having a dream that I was late to Steve’s 11am class. So, not wanting to be in the same situation in the real life, I immediately set my alarm clock at 8am…hee~ (I know it sounds kind of silly…lol~).

I did wake up at 8am and managed to get ready by 10.15am….and a few minutes after that our ASDA (a grocery store here) delivery arrived. Poor the delivery guy as he had to carry 12 super big baskets filled with our super duper huge amount of groceries!!! Thnak God for the creator of trolleys! LOL!! In the end, we could barely even see our kitchen floor because it was covered with plastic bags!! The good thing is, Nadhia who had just woken up at that time, took out her phone and snapped the picture of our kitchen. Here it is~

Don't be shocked! This is a normal scene whenever we shop for our groceries~ Hee~

We had to rush stuffing the food in the fridge, especially the frozen food, as we had Steve’s class at 11am. Unfortunately, my dream came true…. We were a few minutes late to Steve’s class. I guess sometimes, some things are just destined to be in a certain way no matter how we try to change it. LOL!!

In class, I was surprisingly focused on the lesson! I was on-task for the whole 2 hours and I even stayed back to finish my homework! How scary is that? Hihihi~~ After class, Fizah, Nadhia and I went to Rendez-vous to for lunch and I tried their special menu of the day, Chicken Korma with Baked Rice. It was good~ Yum Yum~

My lunch.... Chicken Korma with Baked Rice~

After lunch, I went back home and folded my laundry while watching Family Matters, a 90’s US sitcom about a middle class African American family in Chicago. I should say that this is one of my favourite sitcoms when I was in elementary school. I’ve only watched it for 2 days now and I am already on the 2nd season, believe it or not~ Hehehe~~

The cast of Family Matters~

As for now, my eyes are still stuck on the computer screen, watching the sitcom and I really don’t have any idea when to stop! LOL!! I guess I’m going to stay like this until my eyes tell me to.
So, I’m signing off~ So long~~~~~~

They're Back!!!!!!!

Announcing…….. the comeback of a group that definitely confirms me to be on the top of ‘Pedo Noonas List’!!!!! SHINee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!~~ OMG!! I’m so effin’ happy and excited that words cannot describe it!!

P/S: To my housemates, if you hear any disturbing noise…don’t worry because that would be me screaming at the top of my lungs while jumping on my bed and rolling on the floor!!! Heeee~~~ (a bit of hyperbole there…LOL!!)

So, yeah.. The boys are back!!! I’ve been waiting like mad for their comeback and the time has finally come!!!! I have been replaying their performance for I-don’t-know-how-many times! They are awesome!! (Well, at least to me… hee~ Don’t care whether others like them or not! LOL!).

So, why on earth would I fall in love with a group of young boys?? Well.. I’ve said it.. because they’re YOUNG!!! Hahaha~~~ (there goes my pedo-ness again..ROTFL!!).. Okay2….let’s get serious..hihi~ I know I’ve said this tonnes of times before but I like them because they’re young but they perform like professionals!! Seriously…

Another thing that drawn me to them is the genre of their music which has some influences from Michael Jackson. I LOVE Michael Jackson! Thanks to my abah, my sisters and I know almost all of his songs and we even played his recorded concerts, music videos and songs until now~

Why am I yapping about Michael Jackson again?? Urrgghh~~~ Okay let’s get back to my precious boys… Hee~ This is their comeback stage on Music Bank with their new song, ‘Juliette’…. Awesome song! It’s actually a remake of Corbin Bleu’s song, ‘Deal With It’. The performance is EPIC!! I wonder how they can move like a dancing machine but still sound almost flawless on a live stage…Hmm~~ They’re just good!! That explains why they immediately got to the top of the chart beating their ‘sunbae’ (seniors), Super Junior (another precious boys of mine…hee~).

So, here’s their performance plus the results at the end and their encore stage.. Enjoy!!~
